Sales center opens at Park Monroe

CHICAGO – The Park Monroe's sales center opened on July 16. Distinctive one-, two- and three-bedroom models designed by Eleni Interiors Inc. are showcased in the sales center on the building's 41st floor.

Owners of the 50-story office tower at 55 E. Monroe St., are starting at the top of the building and converting floors 42 and above to 162 luxury residences with unobstructed lake and park views. A second phase of conversion is expected to add an additional 185 residences.

"The Park Monroe, overlooking Millennium Park, has one of the city's most desirable locations," said Jim Losik, senior vice president of Equity Marketing Services, Inc., who's overseeing the marketing for the luxury residences.

The Park Monroe offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences from 900 square feet to 3,500 square feet including duplex penthouses that will boast expansive private outdoor areas. All residences feature a terrace, upgraded finishes and panoramic views of the lakefront and the Chicago cityscape. Prices start in the low $300,000s for one-bedrooms and reach the upper bracket. Completion is slated for early 2008.
